Body Desires

I have this picture in my head, of me and my perfect body, strutting around in my underwear when my daughters dad (who left me 7 months after I had our daughter, because he was sleeping with someone else because I get my body back as fast as Victoria Beckham. Wanker) comes to pick her up one day.

Yes, like lots of women, part of my body/image overhaul is due to a deadbeat ex and a nasty break up, leading to the infamous...

My absolute body desire is Kim Kardashian! She is the same height as me, and Im also quite hippy, though I'm not blessed with her large derrier or boobs!

Ultimately I want my flat stomach back, my flabby bingo wings to disappear, my thingo wings to go so can get that nice gap between my legs back, and my bum to be firm and pert...
A lot of hard work and motivation is in order, s here we go!!

To keep me motivated I am going to take weekly pictures of my *hopefully* changing figure!
This way I can track the way I look as well as the pounds lose..


Diet

I have, over the years, tried so many diets it would be hard to keep count. From Slimfast, Cabbage Soup, Celebrity Slim, UltraSlim, Dukan Diet, Juice Detox, Master Cleanse and many many more.
Cleary these have never worked, or would have done so but my lack of willpower or returning to an average diet after has ruined them, so this time is different. I have devised a healthy eating plan to help me drop the pounds sensibly, and keep the weight off.

Here is my typical diet before, nd my self devised diet t acheive results:

Before:
Breakfast- None
Lunch- None
Dinner- Pizza/Soup with bread and lots of butter/ kebab/ pasta/burgers/bowl of chips ad mayo/ chocolate/sandwich
Snacks- Picking at babys leftovers- biscuits/crisps/chocolate/cheese on toast/ice cream/baguette

My New Diet!
Breakfast- Fresh made juice
Lunch- Fresh made juice or grilled chicken/fish green salad
Dinner- Soup or grilled chicken stir fry

Goals

I was 8 stone pre pregnancy, then ballooned to 12 stone at my due date, I am now 9 stone 10, and have just over a stone to lose!

Here are my goal weights in a timeline, I will weigh in every week, and see if I have reached my 'Goal of the Week'

My First Post!

So, as explained in my welcome note, I am like most young women, battling the goodies aisle in Tesco to force myself to the fresh fruit and veg.
I understand why fruit and veg always seems to be the first thing you see when you walk into a supermarket, but when your mind is trained, as mine is, to head for the Reeces Peanut Butter Cups and Jammy Dodgers, the goodwill of the supermarket giants goes to waste.
